Nathan has over 20 years of coaching experience being heavily involved with the Mtn. View Soccer Association since 2006.
Nathan is MSHSAA certified and has over six years experience at that level. He has over 15 years of officiating experience at the recreational/AYSO level.
Nathan is a former club player, playing for the Predators as goal keeper, achieving numerous accolades throughout his career, including several shut-out tournament wins and being ranked the #2 goal keeper for the State of Missouri.
Nathan is Safesport Certified through the US Soccer Federation.

Laura is the club's designated team mom. Anything involving paperwork, pictures, videos, communications, and finances is her domain.
Laura has coached at the U6 to U10 level having over 10 years experience. She is an AYSO certified coach and official.

In her spare time, Laura is the Sports Editor for the Howell County News.

Coach Schmitt has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to coaching as he has coached for over 30 years.
He was the West Plains High School Assistant Boys Soccer Coach for 1 season (1996) then the
WPHS Head Boys Soccer Coach for 20 seasons (1997-2016).
Schmitt was the
WPHS Head Girls Soccer Coach for 17 seasons (1998

Schmitt was the
WPHS Head Girls Soccer Coach for 17 seasons (1998-2014) and the
WPHS Assistant Girls Soccer Coach for 1 season (2015).
During his tenure as coach, Schmitt had 2 District Championships - Boys (2000, 2006);
1 State Final Four Appearance (3rd Place in Class 2) - Boys (2006). He has
coached multiple All-State players, including a two-time State Class 2 Offensive Player of the Year. Schmitt has had players
who went on to play college soccer at the NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA and NJCAA levels.
Personally,
in 1998, 2000, 2006 Schmitt was named District Coach of the Year,
2006 Region Coach of the Year, 2006 Boys State Class 2 Public School Coach of the Year,
and 2006 NSCAA Missouri State Small School Coach of the Year.
Schmitt is
Safesport Certified through the US Soccer Federation; has his
USSF National E License; and
multiple certificates from the English Football Association.

A USBC Safe Sport–Certified Coach, Mongillo has competed on bowling’s biggest stages and understands what it takes to win under pressure. Alongside Zach Latta, he helped coach two teams to podium finishes at the National 3v3 Live Soccer Tournament. Grounded in family and community, along with now helping coach girls' soccer, Mongillo has been an integral part of sports through both his own journey and the athletic paths of his children—committed to building confident competitors and strong character while teaching athletes to become great individuals.
On the marketing side, Mongillo worked multiple years in marketing for a shopper, magazines, newspapers and digital. He has worked for the Horse Trader and Cherry Road Media. Mongillo has numerous years in property management for multiple states which is what helps him interact with people and build relationships as well.

Ashley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy having graduated from Arkansas State University.
She played soccer at Central Baptist College and before college played for Little Rock Futbol Club (LRFC). Amongst her many years playing rec and club leagues, Roegge played for the Olympic Development Program.
